for the requirements of Quarterly BREAD - Subsistence.
This solicitation is Unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 S. Jesup, GA 31599. The Contract type is Firm Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.
This is an all or nothing solicitation and will be on a week to week delivery schedule. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 16, 2018,
and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
The date for receipt of quotes is September 5, 2018 12:00 PM EST.
Payment will be made by using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. Future phases of SAM will add the capabilities of other systems used in Federal procurement and awards processes. If you had an active record in CCR, you have an active record in SAM. You do not need to do anything in SAM at this time, unless a change in your business circumstances requires updates to your Entity record(s) in order for you to be paid or to receive an award or you need to renew your Entity(s) prior to its expiration. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations on contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which will be considered.
