This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 9309r3341000 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 12 Monthly - Janitorial Services for the Presidio Field Office in accordance with the attached Scope of Work from Time of Award to 9/30/19 with 3 Option Years as follows:

1 YR - Carpet Cleaning once a year
Base Year: Time of Award - 9/30/19 $0.00
Option Year One - 10/01/19 - 9/30/20 $0.00

Quotes shall have a price breakdown per year with a grand total for base year + Option Years.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95).
This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 -- Janitorial Services. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting Janitorial Services as per Scope of Work attached.
