Request for Proposal for Finch-Henry Job Corps Center Operations with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services. The pre-solicitation/synopsis for this requirement was posted May 9, 2017, under the Pre-Solicitation notice number 1630J3-18-R-00001. As a result of the responses to the source sought notice DOL-ETA-17-N-00018 posted August 12, 2016, and IAW FAR 19.502-2, this procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from offerors that are other than small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and eliminated from consideration. Any resultant award from the solicitation shall only be made to a small business concern. Job Corps is a national residential and non-residential training and employment program administered by the United States Department of Labor to address multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth, ages 16-24 years, throughout the United States. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a Cost Plus Incentive Fee type contract with Firm Fixed Price OA CTS. The contract will have a two (2) year base period, plus three (3) options for one (1) year each. The scheduled date for the Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit at the Finch-Henry Job Corps Center is scheduled for May 31, 2018, at 10:00 AM (EST) at the Finch-Henry Job Corps Center located at 821 US-51, Batesville, Mississippi 38606.
