The successful offeror will provide Outreach/Admissions for 3414 arrivals annually from the state of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington and Career Transition Services annually for 2811 Job Corps youth returning to the states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The resultant contract will cover the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020, plus three unilateral option years. A pre-proposal conference will be held via WebEx on November 28, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. local time (PST). It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP from the website and have it available during the conference.
