Synopsis: Added: Sep 12, 2018 2:37 pm The Library will request specific services required to support Live Sound/Public Address (PA), Presentations, and/or Lighting for each event, as needed. The service(s) requested will vary based on the type of event, size of the venue, number of days (in the case of multi-date performances) and the anticipated number of attendees. The contractor shall have subject matter expertise and provide all resources (equipment and personnel) necessary to perform the specific requirements as defined for each contracted event. The Library may request personnel to set up and operate its Live Sound/PA equipment which will be furnished by the Library, depending upon specific event requirements. Added: Sep 24, 2018 2:54 pm Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to 12PM EST September 28th. Added: Sep 25, 2018 3:04 pm Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to vendors" questions. Added: Sep 27, 2018 3:06 pm Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to Monday October 1 10:30 AM EST. Further, the purpose is to change the schedule in Section B to have delivery and security clearance at the Library"s Blue Plains Facility be its own unit price. See the changes to Section B of the solicitation.
