This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 37, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12405B19Q0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 561720 - Janitorial Services.
The Contractor shall provide a base (1) year janitorial contract as described in the Performance Statement of Work.

The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract on or about January 7, 2019.
Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 PM CST January 03, 2019. This procurement requires the use of bio based products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the USDA Bio Preferred SM Program.
