Part-time Neurologist to Provide Physician Reviewed Assessments of Intra-Operative Monitoring (№13783047)

This is a non-personal service, commercial acquisition for a qualified part-time Neurologist to perform Physician Reviewed Assessments of Intra-operative monitoring for the Orthopedic and Neurosurgery Services at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Solicitation No.W81K0219Q0070 applies. This will be a firm-fixed price type contract. The Physician Reviewed Assessments include, but are not limited to: Auditory Evoked Potentials, Sensory Nerve Conduction, Central Motor Evoked Potential, H-Reflex, Amplitude and Latency Study, Electroscephalogram (EEG), Intraoperative Nerve Test, EEG Monitoring/Video Record, and EEG during Surgery. The estimated period of performance is 22 March 2019 - 21 March 2020 (base period and 4 one-year option periods), and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
