Solicitation 15B61819Q00000032 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 332410.

This requirement is for the following PVI Industries commercial water heater (boiler) repair kit for the United States Penitentiary Atwater:

Energy Kit 1250 TP 1000M 16CC BG400 - includes flue collector, insulation insert and module

This is a brand-name only requirement and the brand name justification is attached.

The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance and price. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received.

See the attachment for the full list of provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with this offer.
