Description

This is a justification to award a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III contract on a sole source basis to Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), 4401 Wilson Blvd Suite 810, Arlington, VA 22203 for Automated Test and Retest (ATRT). 

This contract is a follow-on SBIR Phase III procurement for ATRT that derives from, extends, or completes efforts performed under SBIR topics N05-163, “Tools for Rapid Insertion or Adaptation of Combat System Capabilities” (N00024-17-G-4115). This procurement effort is to support the development and application of automated testing and analysis capability for test and evaluation programs of all applicable system configurations on the below-specified Navy platforms
