The justification is as follows. The above supplies are Government custom designed parts for the OE-4671 Antenna Systems. These Antenna Masts are only built by Concurrent Technologies Corporation.

Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement, the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
