The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to replace the Fire Alarm System in Bldg 649 on Ft. Greely in Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
A site visit will be conducted on 4 April 2018, 2:00 PM Alaska Time (AKT) at BLDG 603, Department of Public Works (DPW), Facilities Management Conference Room, Fort Greely, Alaska. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 5 April 2018, 2:00 PM AKT. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only.
The magnitude of this project is between $25000 and $100000 Quotes must be received electronically at [email protected] No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your quotes, please contact Darnell Holliman as soon as possible.
