The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR) 3. The intended procurement will be for the production of the LLDR 3, associated spare and repair parts, maintenance, and system technical support. The LLDR 3 is a man-portable, crew-served, ground-based targeting device that provides the ability of precision, long range, rapid target acquisition and target location, laser designation and laser spot imaging with an all-weather, 24/7 precision targeting capability. The proposed design is required to have three separate modules including a Targeting Locator Module (TLM), long-range Thermal Imaging Module (TIM), and Laser Designator Module (LDM). The planned period of performance for this effort is one hundred twenty (120) months.

1.) The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 335999 - All other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment with a size standard of 500 employees.

2.) All items under this procurement are subject to the Buy American Act.
